Now, I have a kiddo staying with me who has had disordered eating in the past, and I made a rule for her that she has to drink at least two of these a day as well as her other food. They're so small that it's actually not a big struggle for her. I swear it's all that's keeping her healthy. Good flavor, full of nutrition, easy to drink.

I gained 1 pound a day drinking this. I lost so much weight fighting SIBO i could not keep any food down rather could not put much in because of gas. Ensure helped with lost nutrients. I still drink it daily. Buy the large cans of powder cheaper and goes long way. All you need is 1 or 2 glasses a day and you all set. Plus added energy i was lacking for so many years.

I had lost a lot of weight with pancreatitis. This delicious drink has made my recovery enjoyable. I tried other flavors. The were good but Dark Chocolate is super. Not always easy to find but I keep on searching. I give it five stars.

I drink this 2-3 times a day. I've always had an issue with weight gain. This has helped me maintain my nutrition but I have yet to gain any weight. However, I do have one concern. The sugar intake. My father has type 2 diabetes and with the amount of sugar in this drink I worry about drinking it as often. I hope the company rethinks it's amount of sugar per serving so I can keep drinking it!!
