I need a low calorie nutritional shake so I can work out and keep active, as well as, stay healthy. Ensure gives me everything I need and it tastes great. I haven't been able to find any other shake that comes close to its great taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have been drinking ensure for over 2 years now. i started after having surgery and lost for me enough weight. i have gained some weight back but i won't stop drinking endure. i love the taste and it is a good supplement for me. i have always drank the milk chocolate but i want to try the dark chocolate. don't worry i have no intentions of stopping,it's delicious and has really helped me. it is one great product do not change anything.

We always hear about someone trying to lose weight and about all kinds of weight loss supplements but you hardly hear about the "gal" that's tired of being super skinny. Well that was me. I was a size 5 (5'5 in height 130pds) but by head was bigger than my body. I began drinking ensure plus in between my meals and sometimes along with my meals, and my curves began to fill out. I gradually went to a size 9/10 (no stomach fat) and I kept going. My ideal size was to be a 13/14 (180pds) and I made it with the help of the ensure plus in no time. It looks great on me and I'm more confident about myself now than I was then. And what I loved about it was that I was able to keep my flat stomach, I gained in all the places I wanted to gain in. And my head now goes with my body LOL Thank you Ensure Plus. Now this is a story you don't hear everyday and it's TRUE!! Be Blessed!

This is the best soothing flavor there is. Love it and it stayed down. Have been drinking every since. Doesn’t have a Chaka taste either.

All of the Ensures flavors are tons better than the competitors but especially the dark chocolate and the butter pecan! They do not even remotely make you think you are drinking a nutritional drink! Where as other brands are very chalky these are not!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I turned to Ensure after a cycling injury several years ago as my primary nutrition as I had my jaw wired shut for several weeks. I found the taste of the milk chocolate to be quit pleasing and the texture soothing for my sore mouth. After I recovered, I found the product to bet a great supplement for endurance events. Slide a small bottle in my jersey pocket or pack and like having a meal with me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great product that gives a healthy dose of vitamins and caloric intake if needed, PLUS is the product for extra calorie intake. I loved the dark chocolate flavor so much, probably because it is my favorite flavor anyway, but it is very good and rich in Ensure and pleasing to the taste. It was my go to flavor for this drink. (That I was drinking regularly for a while whilst attempting to gain weight.) But, my only problem I encountered was more so due to too much chocolate anything, it made me a bit constipated from so much dark chocolate on a daily basis. Unfortunately. Because I like and prefer this taste, but I suggest mixing it up with other flavors now and then to prevent constipation due to excess chocolate intake. (Not any more likely so much a problem just of this product than of all other products that contain chocolate. It's the chocolate that causes constipation, not Ensure :-) . )

I was diagnosed with a critical disease in September of 2017 I lost an extreme amount of weight I went from 195-146 within 3 months thanks to ensure i was able to start gaining my weight back I haven’t quite reach my goal but I’m getting there and it wouldn’t be possible without ensure plus the only downside is it’s really expensive and I can’t always afford since I’m on a limited income now due to my health
