[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When he came home from the hospital in March , He was weak and no energy to exercise or even walk much. He slept a lot. He drinks Ensure every day, because he had a very poor appetite. He got a little stronger and kept drinking Ensure. He had to have his lower teeth pulled and kept drinking EnsurePlus. Now in July , he is walking to the garden , hoeing in the garden and walking back to the house u[p a 60 degree angle hill in 200 ft. He eats soft meals along with his supplement of Ensure. He is 91 in August

I went to a doctors visit for help with weight gain. I'm 96 lb and severely underweight. I went to a nutritionist and tried everything but nothing helped. I drank ensure plus for a month because that was all I could afford. Within that month I gained 5lb. I wish I could have continued drinking it, but the cost was too high for me. Highly recommend if it's within ones budget

I've always been a "hardgainer". I started drinking one of these before going to the gym and it really helps give me the energy and calories I need to workout. I'll also often have one on days in between workouts, it definitely helps keep weight on, and even gain! I find all the flavors to be a bit too sweet with too much sugar and would love to see a version of Ensure that is more like Soylent, you know, something that could be used more than just occasionally but also for the majority of one's meals if that were desired.

We started purchasing the Ensure Plus in his favorite flavor and we get him to drink 2 a day. Along with his food intake, he has regained the weight. If taken with st least two meals a day, it gives you many more calories than you can get from a glass of milk or ice tea. The extra protein is great for helping to keep healthy and strong. After being ill for some time, it has made me feel much better.

I first came across Ensure 10 years ago. I went through a period of severe anxiety and dropped so much weight, I was under 100 lbs. Not really a review, but I was on Ensure whilst recovering from Bowel surgery to help regain the weight I lost and found it both very tasty and helpful , would recommend it to anyone stuggling to regain weight, but I have a question, what is the sugar content in each bottle and is it suitable for Diabetics ?

Ensure helps with protein and is easy to use on the go, rather than making a protein shake that requires a blender. Using the vanilla as a base, I can switch it up by adding various extracts, fruit, or even coffee.
