All of the Ensures flavors are tons better than the competitors but especially the dark chocolate and the butter pecan! They do not even remotely make you think you are drinking a nutritional drink! Where as other brands are very chalky these are not!

I buy 10 six packs monthly for my mother who has Lupus who otherwise can barely eat and we are both SO thankful for it. I would drink 2 or 3 a day in between meals to keep my energy up and remain active while in recovery. Ensure does taste good and helped me put on a few pounds that was lost after my cancer surgery. I still buy it buy the case at my local warehouse store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many years ago when I saw my grandmother drink Ensure, I thought it was just some "old folks drink" that seniors drank as a vitamin and protein supplement. Nothing could be further from the truth! After I became a busy working parent in my 20's, my mother once bought me a 6-pack of Ensure Plus vanilla to keep in my car for quick nutrition at work or on the go. I laughed back then, but drank them anyway and loved the flavor - and the ability to not keep them refrigerated wherever I went. Today, I'm trim and energetic at 54yo and most people still think I'm in my 40's. I attribute that to using Ensure for many years to keep my diet in check, while also getting some badly-needed vitamins for my highly active lifestyle.
