After surgery in 2023, I lost weight at age 73! I have always been lean & fit & over the decades I have weighed about 110 lbs @ 5'2" & I am very active & healthy. Yoga & gardening & hiking are my go-to's for fitness. After surgery (shoulder replacement), I dropped down to 95 lbs. I eat a very balanced diet and take vitamins daily. It is smooth and easy to digest and hold in my hand (not heavy). It has a great strawberry scent and gives the body the desired supplements to keep you going all in that small bottle.
