I drink a bottle a day and I have drank all the flavors but my favorite is the strawberry which is not as available as the other flavors. This has a great flavor and I look forward to it every day. During my stay in the hospital they sent a nutritionist in because I would not eat the asty hospital food. She asked me if I would try Ensure, I told her yes. I have to say of all the protein shakes I have tried Ensure has been one of the best. Taste is pretty good (except the vanilla one) and the protein value is impressive.

It give us energy to get throw a long work day. High School band practice is so much better/easier for the older children. Taekwondo practice also.
