[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Except for the regular formula of Ensure, the lids are too tight. I can easily take the lid off of the one with 9 gm of protein, but I think all others are so tight that I had to buy an electric bottle cap opener and that is slow.

These have been great in helping her maintain and hopefully gain some more weight for the days to come. I too drink these pre and post workout. They give me energy throughout my HIIT class and afterwards help repair muscle with the protein content. Strawberry tastes like my childhood milk drink and I love it. We love it! A little on the pricey side but very much worth it.

Ensure Plus constitutes a major part of my diet. It's very convenient to simply open one up and have a fast meal. I'm so glad this product is available.

I am a chocolate "nut" - never met anything chocolate that I didn't love - so the milk chocolate fits me to a T. My only wish is that I could get the dark chocolate flavor. It doesn't seem to be available in my area. But no problem there; I"ll just keep on drinking my milk chocolate Ensure and maintaining my healthy weight.
