My oncologist recommended Ensure. It's great straight from the bottle, but is also a great calorie rich treat mixed with ice cream and made into a shake. I drink this everyday with a meal and ever since I have noticed the difference in my weight. My family has noticed the difference too. All the flavors are true to taste. Smooth, milk shake consistency. Sometimes wish there was more in the bottle. Gives you the boost you need.
