I consider that I am in pretty good health and I think it is because of the fact that I get my nutrition from the Ensure family of products.

Four years ago when I went through chemotherapy for cancer, the chemo nurse recommended I drink at least one Ensure Plus per day. I am lactose intolerant and was able to drink it with no adverse affect. Also, along with a high protein diet my red blood cell counts did not fall. My doctor was very pleased.

I asked him if he could suggest a vitamin pill that would be helpful for me. He said "All you need to do is switch over to Ensure High Protein." I did not want to give up the drink that I loved and looked forward to drinking everyday. However, he insisted that I try just one bottle and he made a "bet" that 'if I did not like it, he would give my money back---double" . I fell in love with my Ensure High Protein --it is my treat for the day! This drink is giving me the crutch I need to, not only stay alive--but also the energy to be more active. My appetite is not what it once was am concerned that I don't get enough vitamins and protein, so l supplement my diet with Ensure Plus. Strawberry is my favorite.
