Solid food is minimal but, Ensure is a constant. I don't leave home without it. When traveling it is in my bag. I purchase a case of Vanilla plus at the new location. It has been a mainstay for many years.

It did not take me very long to notice the difference and my routine blood work was not good either. Therefore, I began using the product again and decided to "upgrade". To date, I have no regrets about that decision.
