I keep Vanilla and Chocolate flavor on hand for a nice variety. The Ensure Plus has great flavor and consistency and it gives me energy to start the day. I usually enjoy another bottle during the day or at bedtime. Wonderful!!!

After drinking ensure plus I am now back up to 167 lbs. Highly recommend it. The strawberry flavor isn't very good but I love the chocolate and vanilla
