I combine a vanilla and a milk chocolate every day. I highly recommend this product to stay healthy and keep getting the protein I need.

I even drink it even when I don;t have an attack, It is so good for you and full of vitamins and I love the dark chocolate.

He is beyond picky and obviously chemo and radiation makes you very sick so getting him to eat is beyond hard. The plus are what I always always buy for him because they are so full of Amazon things his body needs to function. I can’t recommend these enough for anyone going through or situation. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been drinking Ensure for about 34 years now, I started after nursing my 9lb newborn Son and I became malnourished and again after I was in a car accident, I had surgery on my jaw and was unable to eat solid food. Now I drink Ensure regularly, I am now raising my two grand daughters age 7 and 5 at the age of 57, it is a challenge but I get the nutrition and energy I need without having to eat a full meal if I don't feel like cooking or if I just feel run down. I highly recommend it to my friends & family especially when they ask me "How do you do it". It's my taste good feel good drink. I just wish the Banana flavor wasn't discontinued.. so good!
