My mother loves the vanilla and I also sometimes put it in the blender with blueberries and other fruits and make her a shake :)

It tastes great and doubles as a "dessert" at the end of a meal. The nice thing about Ensure is it can be used at any time. I like mine chilled right from the refrigerator!

He recommended I take Ensure Plus because it was 350 calories per bottle and to take it 3 times a day. I followed his instructions and although the meds affected negatively my taste of food, I find that I enjoy the taste of the milk chocolate Ensure and it has helped me maintain my weight and activity.
