Ensure Plus is a great way for me to get additional calories, vitamins and minerals that I need. The butter pecan flavor is my favorite. It tastes great. It doesn't taste like vitamins and medicine like other brands of nutritional drinks. I definitely would recommend this product to anyone who needs nutritional supplementation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not big on drinking ensure or boost after coming out of the hospital, but a friend bought me a few cases and I got addicted as it helped me gain and maintain my ideal weight. The Dark Chocolate is my favorite flavor as it is richer but the vanilla and milk chocolate are creamy and rich. I opted to the plus for the caloric content as well as protein.

He recommended I take Ensure Plus because it was 350 calories per bottle and to take it 3 times a day. I followed his instructions and although the meds affected negatively my taste of food, I find that I enjoy the taste of the milk chocolate Ensure and it has helped me maintain my weight and activity. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drink Ensure Plus because I am 71 years old, tall and thin and I don't get the calories and vitamins I need daily with just my meals. The Ensure Plus has a great taste and I know that it provides the things for my diet that I need.

I've always been a "hardgainer". I started drinking one of these before going to the gym and it really helps give me the energy and calories I need to workout. I'll also often have one on days in between workouts, it definitely helps keep weight on, and even gain! I find all the flavors to be a bit too sweet with too much sugar and would love to see a version of Ensure that is more like Soylent, you know, something that could be used more than just occasionally but also for the majority of one's meals if that were desired.
