I am so thankful that my doctors placed me on an Ensure diet. I am pregnant with twins and in the beginning of my pregnancy it was so hard for me to maintain weight. I lost so much weight due to my morning sickness. Eventually my doctor recommended me drinking Ensure plus to gain my weight back. I love it! Late nights I wake up and drink one and in the morning I drink another until I can figure out what I want for breakfast. I tried the chocolate and strawberry so far. I'm thinking about trying the butter pecan. Thumbs up Ensure!! You saved us!

I also drink it straight out of the bottles too. I have tried different flavors I enjoyed drinking one everyday. Ensure helped me get through my surgeries each and every time. When I loose my appetite I get one to drink.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have MS and my grandson has spinabifida. We tried the Vanila first but he wouldn' drink it because mine was different than his. At 3 years old he is like a mirror. He notices every detail around him and what ever i have or drink or eat he has to have the same. Well he tried it and now every morning we have it. He and i bot like the taste.

I have Tourettes and OCD and eating solid food is incredibly difficult. I dropped to a weight of sub-110 lb. and I'm 5'11". Ensure Plus has saved me from having worse issues and has got me getting some of my weight back. Hopefully I'll be able to eat solid food better soon, but I'll always be having Ensure in the future because: For one, it simply tastes really good. Also, its a great thing to have in the morning to get my mind ready for the day since it has everything you need in it. As some other people mentioned - having more calories, such as 500+, in one drink would be even better since I still am underweight. But the fact stands that, without having Ensure around, my health situation would probably be very scary. I'll continue to buy these in bulk.

Along with a caloric surplus diet I have been able to put on and maintain my ideal weight. It’s a good grab n go for my busy life style.

On a average I buy a case to two cases weekly for my daughter that is a tube feeder and has been since birth (28) yrs.
