I'm an active 30 year old man who works for a living. Ensure Plus has brought back my energy & made me feel overall healthier! Not only does it taste great but its really convenient. Butter pecan is my absolute favorite flavor but the other ones are just as good. I use it as a pick me up at lunch, on outings with my family on the weekends & pretty much any time.
