I use it to mix smoothies in the morning, and I always carry a few Ensure Plus Strawberry flavored drinks with me during the day. It's effortless to digest, which is another critical reason I drink Ensure Plus Strawberry. I drink the Ensure Plus Strawberry flavor at meals to help increase the quality of my diet overall as well. Given my severe gastrointestinal disability, I know which foods and products digest easier for me and give me strength. I would like to gain a few pounds and have done so with Ensure Plus aside from the vitamins and minerals an added plus for the product. I highly recommend Ensure Plus.

It's great you can let family and friends try it to see if they would start using it. I have a cousin who has throat cancer uses it a lot more than I do.

I love the taste of this product, although I've had OTC Ensure, the one I've been drinking since a few days ago is the therapeutic nutrition variety. I'm a fan of both, Especially since the therapeutic nutrition one has 3 grams of fiber. My mom brought it home from a retirement facility that needed to get rid of it, as it was to expire in a month.
