His doctor suggested Ensure for him, and I chose Ensure Plus because it has 350 calories per bottle. He takes 3 per day, along with any food I can convince him to eat.

Ensure Plus has been the perfect product to help! It tastes great added to my coffee or tea, makes a good smoothie and is good on its own. I have struggled to get enough calories in with just food and ensure plus is the perfect way to make that easier. I recommend this product for anyone needing more nutrition and calories, or just needing to supplement a meal.

She gained 3 pounds in three days by drinking two a day with regular meals. I finally purchased the ensure (strawberry, it taste delicious) , I noticed a difference within 2 weeks maybe even sooner. My clothes are tighter, I can see the difference. I’ve been drinking two a day ( with regular meals) for about a month, mayb 4 -5 days missed. I recommend ensure plus for anyone who is having trouble gaining weight.

My sister just started drinking the butter pecan ensure after a short stay in the hospital wear she was severely dehydrated from not eating and down to less then 83 lb but since she started drinking the shakes she’s regaining weight and feeling great .
