The Strawberry one seems to be the best to me and this provides the necessary start for the day. Often times I drink one of these instead of having breakfast in the morning which is better than nothing. I would definitely recommend this product to someone.

I was diagnosed with a critical disease in September of 2017 I lost an extreme amount of weight I went from 195-146 within 3 months thanks to ensure i was able to start gaining my weight back I haven’t quite reach my goal but I’m getting there and it wouldn’t be possible without ensure plus the only downside is it’s really expensive and I can’t always afford since I’m on a limited income now due to my health

These are all placed in the blender and blended together for a delicious drink. I start the day satisfied and with my morning vitamins and minerals. I have been doing this for over ten years and it is a part of my morning routine. Love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I buy this product for my elderly dad. I also drink it. I don't know what I would do without Ensure for my dad. He often isn't hungry and doesn't cook, but there is never a struggle getting him to drink an Ensure and I feel better knowing he is getting vitamins and a few extra calories. He loves the milk chocolate flavor. At times, when I am not around, all I have to do is lay out an Ensure and I know it will be consumed. I have known many elderly people who have difficulty eating or have a decreased appetite, and I will take them an Ensure. Too many elderly don't cook and Ensure is the solution if they need extra nutrients. I enjoy them too- especially cold. I like knowing I am getting extra vitamins.
