Sometimes I do not eat healthy foods like I should so Ensure picks up the "goodness" my body needs. I would be the 1st to tell anyone to drink just one Ensure a day and then go have a great day.

I also have two special needs children who have texture issues, and Ensure is the only supplemental drink they like. In fact, they love it. I saw the advertisements, did a little research and decided to TRY it. Actually, it was intended to be just a TRIAL. Not so! I found it to be the perfect delicious meal substitute when you're active, physically fit, gainfully employed and don't have time to prepare a meal. Every flavor (chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, banana nut) that I have tried has been delicious to me. Not only is it a meal substitute, but it is energizing also. I feel so much stronger and alert after drinking Ensure. I am elated about Ensure!

This one almost killed me. But, since then, I have been drinking Ensure to make sure I get enough protein to help me. It gives me energy and is great tasting! It is expensive, but worth it. Now with older kids, and crazy schedules, we all drink it as a go to for quick nutrition. Even my stubborn hubby! My kids love it so much, I have to limit their consumption, or they would drink it multiple times a day as their meal replacement.

Ensures make it so that I never have to crash. I drink an Ensure every morning on my way to work, and I always carry an extra bottle with me, for in the event that I start to feel shaky after work. When I was pregnant, I would wake up in the middle of the night starving, and a bottle of Dark Chocolate Ensure was the only thing that could settle my tummy, and get me back to sleep. To be honest, I still wake up sometimes, but now, I go get my own Ensure, rather than sending my husband for it. ;)
