[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello Sir's and Ma'am's, I started drinking Ensure when I was pregnant for the additional nutrition for my body and my son. I have always ate healthy but I did not always reach the recommendation for my age, height and weight. It helped to keep me balanced. I continued to drink Ensure when he was born because as many people know, it is a challenge being a single mother like myself and I will be honest, I did not have the chance to eat a well balanced meal and the Ensure helped me on those days. I love the Vanilla flavor. It is my favorite of all the available choices. I recommend Ensure to anyone who feels or knows that they are lacking a well balanced meal or diet.

Ensure Original: The upside — We are grateful that Abbott continues to make Ensure Original. Those plastic six packs are replaced by sturdier individual 8 z. plastic bottles. The downside: Ensure Original Vanilla is now sweeter at 250 calories per serving instead of 220 calories per serving. There are fewer flavors — vanilla, strawberry, and milk chocolate (this could be a supply chain issue, though Abbott Laboratories does not mention that). Walmart experience: Ordering process is easy, though shipping delivery can take a little longer than orders from a local store. Overall, Walmart makes the ordering process easier than some of its competitors.

Sometimes I do not eat healthy foods like I should so Ensure picks up the "goodness" my body needs. I would be the 1st to tell anyone to drink just one Ensure a day and then go have a great day.

My doctor told me to start drinking these everyday and soon I was having better energy and was able to work through my jaw injury.
