it contains too much sugar, but otherwise, it tastes good. i only drink one a day because of the sugar content. i wholeheartedly recommend the Ensure high protein nutrition shake

I love ensure since i was a kid. Walmart has the best pricing. I was at Publix and was like can i have this price match to Walmarts price and they told me no. Walmart is the cheapest I’ve seen.
