Even though my husband, parents and my brother passed away diagnosed with sarcoma cancer, I can actually say they looked n felt stronger every time I fed them ensure. I am a 67 year old retiree and feel refreshed and healthy, especially with my ensure. Regularly I drink 2 to 3 times a day but lately due to my finances I can afford only once a day.

It helps keep his protein level up with the dialysis . It’s just very expensive. I would like to get him free ensure as he is 72 years old and doesn’t have enough money to drink this product as much as he should. He expresses that milk chocolate is his favorite ! Hopefully I can win this for him as it will help his protein levels to try and keep him healthy . Since he was diagnosed with kidney failure and is on dialysis 3 times a week.

The reason Ensure is an essential part of his diet and keeps him healthy is because he requires an amount of protein in his diet that he is unable to get by just eating alone. In addition, Ensure Original is just the right amount of protein he needs in his daily diet and because it tastes good, he enjoys drinking Ensure. The Butter Pecan Ensure is his favorite and he says it tastes like the ice cream. His doctors are happy and we are happy with the results that drinking one ensure a day gives my father. But the original are really tasty and I would drink it even without the health benefits. But they provide a good mixture of vitamins and nutrients if you prefer to get it this way vs a multivitamin and you get the benefit of protein.

I have a bottle every morning for breakfast and have been doing so for a few years. I was in the hospital about 8 months ago and requested Ensure and they gave it to me!
