Sometimes she just is not into chewing a lot of food so I pop open and ensure and I know she's getting the vitamins minerals and calories she needs for that part of the day. I also give it to her in the evening as a snack to ensure proper nutrition

Over the course of a year I regained almost half my weight loss. I now weigh more than when I went into the hospital. I especially like the Strawberry flavor. It has a sweetness and taste I really enjoy.

My doctor suggested I try Ensure, and it has literally changed my life. I like most of the flavors, but the coffee latte is my favorite. On the days when I can't even think about eating, I can always drink and enjoy Ensure. He has tried other bands and was not happy, He told me to purchase Ensure Original for him and not to purchase anything else. He prefers Coffee Latte flavor but I can't find it anymore so he drinks the chocolate.
