It physically hurts to eat at times, so it’s difficult for me to get the daily nutritional requirements I need. I drink Ensure every day. When my pancreas is inflamed I’m still able to get nutrition.

I have 2 children & 2 cats, working and plenty of errands keep me on the go - Ensure is great to grab on Saturday morning's when I don't have time for breakfast or when I'm travel to DC I carry one in my bag get a cup of ice and lunch is served. I can control my calorie intake and get nutrition!

Vanilla and Strawberry are tops (with Banana Nut rising) with Strawberry slightly edging out Vanilla. It has that little extra flavor that teases and pleases the palate. I recommend all of the flavors but highly recommend Strawberry for the original. Ensure is unbeatable. Others have tried but none can top it.

I felt like I was drinking crushed up chalk that's had water added to it with the other brands. With Ensure, I can honestly say that I've been pleasantly surprised and have found none of that to be true. That is DEFINITELY NOT the case with Ensure. I was skeptical at first to try, but glad I did. I enjoy a bottle every morning with breakfast or on my drive doing errands. I prefer the milk chocolate, but I have tried Strawberry and enjoy that flavor as will. None of the chalky taste or terrible after taste like you have with other brands. I would highly recommend Ensure to anyone and everyone as a great part of a healthy diet. One more side note. I don't often give high marks on reviews of products, unless I truly believe they are well deserved. I get them out lightly.

He often forgets to eat or doesn't want to eat and mealtimes had become a constant struggle that frustrated both him and me. However, he is always willing to drink an Ensure. I have also warmed it slightly and told him that it was "coffee" and he takes it with a smile. Lately he has had difficulty swallowing and aspirates when he does. The physician instructed us to thicken his drinks but he does not like the texture or taste of the thickener. Fortunately Ensure is that perfect thickness (just a bit more than water) that allows him to swallow safely. Ensure provides the nutrients and vitamins that he needs to keep his body healthy and as active as possible. Truly, Ensure is a lifesaver!

Some of the medications upset my stomach and the thought of food make my nausea. Drinking Ensure gave me some of the vitamins, minerals, calories and proteins my body need while recovering. Now I still drinking Ensure because the taste is great and also is gluten free.
