I’ve drank these for years, but I’ve noticed this past year something is off I don’t know exactly what but the taste has changed. I try to get these in for my protein because that’s one thing I have a hard time getting in, so it helps with that

Order arrived on time. The flavor was incorrect. I ordered vanilla and received strawberry. Obviously they send whatever they have on hand even if it’s not what you ordered.

it contains too much sugar, but otherwise, it tastes good. i only drink one a day because of the sugar content. i wholeheartedly recommend the Ensure high protein nutrition shake
