In terms of satisfying hunger, ensure drinks at Designed to offer a feeling of satisfaction . Other than that we need a full balanced diet and not depending fully upon ensure drinks. Will recommend.

normally I dont feel hungry, so instead of not eating i will drink an ensure, which is just as having a full meal. it fills me and nourish me and i am especially pleased with the vanilla flavor.

This is by far the best Ensure product out there. I hate all the other flavors and types of Ensure. This one tastes the best, and is the only one I drink.
