I don't have a normal appetite because of stomach issues. Ensure gives me the nutritional value I need. It doesn't irritate my stomach and taste good. My favorite is the milk chocolate.

I like that they have different quantities available to buy. You can get a six pack or a single eight pack. Sometimes Walmart is the cheapest place to buy it.

Tastes vaguely of vanilla, if it was vanilla scented chalk with a dash of soy milk. So for health reasons it’s tolerable. Also if someone says this is their favorite flavor… that’s a red flag and you should run.

I like the fact that it doesn't make you tfeel "stuffed"__tastes good__ sweet enough to satisfy your cravings for a dessert so it is easy to walk away from the sweet stuff.
