has just enough protein so it doesn't hurt my stomach. great taste. perfect for > wt.. which my doc loves. thick, creamy %26 flavorful. works well for me when I'm dieting, replaces my lunch or supper. I'm @ 80 lbs up from 62 lbs. doc is happy that I'm taking my wt. seriously.. good product so try it %26 enjoy it as a meal replacement or a mid-day snack.

I always get the vanilla flavored Ensure nutrition drink I have it with high energy and vitamin biscuits. I’ve been drinking the Endure for my morning meal ever since I fell and injured my back and left shoulder and arm. I really to get good results for the first meal of the day. I recommend this to anyone needing a nutritious meal replacement.

They brought the wrong flavor that looked like vanilla but was a peanut flavor . I don’t and will not eat anything nutty . But my roommate said it seemed old because after tasting it he felt lumps in it . And still I was under the impression that my coupon would be applied on my ensures but they never do . Thanks though I still love the Walmart vibe . Peace .

Pros: having this Walmart tool and ability to have someone pick up in any city or state is amazing and useful - especially for us community outreach organizations trying to help the elderly, sick and disabled. It’s a great resource at their disposal and ours. But some hiccups: 1. Often the items, prices and details are often listed wrong . 2. Items that are listed correctly are out and they replace it with a much much higher priced item, rather than similar items in weight, price, and quality. 3. Some stores don’t ship or deliver to certain areas . Very inconvenient. Especially for the elderly and disabled. Service and ease of ap as a tool

I buy these for my 95 yr young lady friend and I have to say I have noticed an inrease in her alertness. I am 60 and sometimes get muscle fatigue during the day and have to rest so I figured I would try these . Happy to say that I feel a difference in my energy level . The taste at first is a bit vitaminy but my taste buds adjusted after a few days and now it doesn't bother me ;)

These are very sweet, but I love the flavor and nutritional value. I would recommend adding things like spinach to cut the sweetness. It also goes really well with peanut butter and bananas for a breakfast shake (just use sparingly in this mixture to regulate how much sweetness you end up with; like 1/2 banana to half shake, and peanut butter to taste). When using as a shake, add at the last minute and blend to combine ingredients i.e. dont overblend. While they provide vitamins and some nutritional value, I would not use them as a full meal replacement except as ordered by a doctor. Also, if you choose to consume multiple bottles a day, keep track of your daily intake of the vitamins to avoid overconsumption of things like iron, potassium, magnesium, etc.. That said, they're an excellent source of nutrition, especially when you don't have time for breakfast everyday.

I recommend it as a total meal
