I do not like to eat out because it is not only financially difficult but the cleanliness of restaurants nowadays is questionable and the nutritional value, well...let's face it...who knows what they are putting into our food. I purchased this to keep in my purse for "emergency food" for the most part...It is not bad and if it were unsweetened I would be happier (thus no sugar or artificial sweetener...probably resulting in awful taste though.)

I like to keep Ensure vanilla on hand as I have some health issues that sometimes cause me to not feel like eating, but putting one of these bottles in the freezer allows me to get some protein and the relaxing feeling of drinking a tasty almost milkshake.

After having surgery, I needed to eat, but I wasn’t hungry, and I could drink my nutrients with ensure. It was exactly what I needed at the time. I’m one month out of recovery from surgery, and I still drink one occasionally. It definitely helps clean the bowels out at least for me and I know that I’m getting vitamins which I need for recovery that I need.

I need this product for my health, but the last two shipments came via mail. I am handicapped and live in a assisted living complex, this is not delivered to my door so I have to pay someone to carry it to my apartment. So far am out $10.00 Guess I will look for another company to place my order with. They are heavy to lift esp when I order 2 at a time. BIG PROBLEM,

I really didn’t care for the shake. It left a terrible after taste in my mouth. I thought it would help great for me to drink since I needed more protein in my meals. I even tried the chocolate which was better but not enough to keep drinking them. The one I truly liked was, “Splendid “ . I now drink that every day.

I am a Senior and I started drinking these daily at my Drs. recommendation. There are several brands available, and they all seemed to have very similar nutrition levels, so I started trying the different brands one by one. I settled on Ensure because it has far and away the best flavor of them all. If I have to drink it every day I feel that I might as well enjoy it, and the Vanilla flavored one is about as close to a good old fashioned Vanilla Shake that I have found.

I really do like Ensure and make my smoothies with it also. Vanilla is my favorite flavor, just add a banana and any fruit you want like berries, even a yogurt and you are good to go. Keeps me going till my next meal. Try it and you will be hooked forever.

I rated this 5-stars because my dear friend did receive and Ensure is a good product even I like from health experiences growing up from losing much weight after choking. Ensure can be trusted to be helpful to the cause of nothing else, so thank you for all your services and hoping everyone has a safe passage into the New Year! I also hope that Ensure will be able to extend their research to create new and more health based products to suit more people's needs that may have certain allergies or side effects from the ingredients like lactose intolerant. Another year is approaching, who knows what could happen?
