Ensure is a healthy meal replacement that has complete balance nutrition with protein.

Good for fast nutrition on the go but very expensive item if on subscription

Taste is good vanilla is the flavor my dad loves. He puts it in his cereal and drinks it daily.

Excellent addition to my nutrition

Wish it they manufactured more fruit flavors for Lactose Intolerant Persons. Putting it Prayers.

Overall the product is good just a bit too sweet and expensive too
