It is nice to have extra nutrients in other every day foods by using the ensure as a cooking ingredient in all my recipes.

Ensure is the only thing that gives him back some strength and nurishment. With ensure I get the extra vitamins and nutrition I need for a healthy live style, also I make sure my clients I take care of drink one a day sometimes two a day and with one being 76 and the other 75 ensure reassures me that they are getting the vitamins they need day and night. As a fellow health care professional l must respond to this and with great enthusiasm: Contradictory to the "doctor" reviewing Ensure, I am a nurse who has worked with thousands of patients, from children to the elderly. This drink supplement is an absolute benefit at times when calories and nutrition cannot be accommodated through the traditional 3-meal intake alone. They are great for snacks and they only have 39 total carbs (Total carbs 40g - dietary fiber 1g = 39 carbs in one bottle serving) - not the 60 carbs that was erroneously suggested. Enjoy them in the fridge. They are great! Even kids will love them! Chalk full of vitamins and minerals. Yum!

I absolutely love Ensure, the taste and health benefits. I am 23 years old, and I drink it daily. I am very active (Firefighter) and I have a very fast metabolism.
