For some reason, no food or drink tasted the same to me and there was nothing I found appetizing. I couldn't keep anything down. My doctors and nurses had to find a solution and find some way to nourish my body to help with my recovery. One of my nurses introduced me to Ensure. It was so delicious! It was the only nutrition I had for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Having that Ensure saved my life. I've been hooked ever since!

I wasted over $200 on these hoping they would work how they used to work. Not only do they not keep me full any longer, the taste has changed and it's gross now, and they also lessened the amount of fluid ounces given and the container used to be way bigger and cylindrical. I won't ever buy again.

I have not had Ensure previous to the program and have decided to give it a try. I am so happy to have found the BEST nutritional shake and I truly believe it is helping me through out my weight loss journey. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me, Ensure is a quick and easy way to get vitamins and protein if I am on the go. It will hold me until my next meal. I like to drink it cold and shake it up before I drink it, almost like a milk shake. I prefer the milk chocolate flavor, but also like the dark chocolate and vanilla flavors. I drink one every day.
