My elderly dad has to drink this to get all of his daily nutrients, since he is on a soft food/liquid diet. Vanilla is his favorite, usually, which is why I bought this 24 count pack. His favorite Ensure flavor is the Butter Pecan, but sadly Sams doesn't carry it, YET-hint hint-start carrying it, please! Great price, because if you purchase this else where your paying almost $2 a bottle, here it's like $1.50 a bottle.

I have been using Ensure for about 18 years. I developed an IBS due to what I later discovered was changing brands of cigarettes, which I quit 9 years later and 95 % of the symptoms went away in 2 days! Believe it or not! During that time however, I had lost close to 30 pounds in a 3 - 6 month period, and could not eat anything much due to the severe reaction that I had to most food items, especially any diary products (Lactose Intolerance), anything with table sugar, fresh fruits and vegetables and certain bread products. I discovered that Ensure gave me the needed strength, protein, vitamins, and energy to help me get through. I was living on 4-6 per day, and did okay. No reaction, and no discomfort. Still use it today, and I am in my late 60's and it helps. Try it, you'll like it!

I have been buying Ensure for years now and love them! I wish they didn't use seed oils or soy for their protein source. It used to have pea protein not too long ago and now they have added Carageenan to Ensure. Terrible choice!! Not nice to see that. I only say this because I love Ensure and it had helped me through the years, and I would like to see this product improve for it's consumers.

This product made me sick. Drank a bottle of the vanilla flavour and at the end there was a big ball of fungus in it and powdery black substance in the cork. I was so frightened I tried to induce vomiting but it didn't work. I am only sorry I couldn't post the pictures here.

The price keeps getting higher for the small amount that you get in a small little bottles.
