Not being able to take pain medication and eat due to being sick he became dehydrated. Thank goodness for Ensure! As soon as he could keep something in him I gave him Ensure Vanilla and Milk Chocolate which helped him get back to where he is today.

I just bought the banana nut flavor and the new Max brand for him. It gives me peace of mind that it keeps him full when he doesn't have time for a meal right away. I myself like the vanilla flavor too and I like it cold.

There's no unpleasant aftertaste. I keep a few bottles of Ensure in my work fridge and grab one when I forget to take lunch. I also keep our fridge at home fully stocked for family and guests. Both Ensure Original Strawberry and Chocolate flavors hit the spot when craving an evening treat. Ice cold right from the refrigerator is the best!

I have multiple health issues, which impact my immune system, my energy & stamina, but Ensure helps me by improving my vitamin/mineral intake & it gives me a bit of a lift by helping to build up muscle strength & boosting my energy level every day, naturally without any of the stuff they put in those unnatural energy drinks. I could never get him to drink anything healthy. This ensure, is his drink of choice. We are like super hero's with this wonderful drink. It definitely has a smooth taste and "oh my lanta" the nutrients in it, yesssssss. I want to say thank you for this fabulous drink.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I follow a schedule when I eat. I start eating at 8am and eat every two hours stopping at 4 (or 5pm latest). I often times take snacks with me in case I am out when I am due to eat. I went to my moms house and forgot about lunch. She knows I like to eat healthy and she offered me one of her Ensure Coffee Latte drinks. I normally stay away from sugar and dairy but I a pinch, this was the healthiest option I had, and I must say that it was very delicious and I love the amount of protein offered. This is def. something I would recommend and I am thankful for my mom introducing me to this.
