I have been using it ever since. I found that it also helps me increase my energy which at my age (74) is very important. I recommend Ensure to anyone that needs a little more energy.

Ensure helps me get my nutritional needs met. Also, the Dystrophy has weakened my esophagus and it's hard to swallow my medications (pills), and I find the thickness of Ensure makes swallowing my pills much easier. So Ensure a win-win for me!

I really improved in metabolism and energy. I have tired and like the variety of flavors. I drink it cold, over ice and as a shake. My doctor encouraged the continued addition of ensure into my lifestyle. Sometimes is I don't want a meal I am satisfied with my drink of choice. I really like that it is easy on my digestive system. For many of us this is a decent way to add vitamins and minerals to our diets....so for that reason....it seems like a decent product. But.... Why does this company insist on adding sucralose to its products? Surely there must be ways in 2019 to produce a healthier product without including sucralose or other artificial sweeteners. There are a lot of us out here that DO NOT want artificial sweeteners like sucralose in the foods we drink or eat. For those wishing a healthier lifestyle or are dealing with illnesses....we would prefer keeping ingredients like sucralose out of our foods products!
