Took the tablet before bed like it says. Woke up at 7am with the worse cramps ever (almost worse than contractions which are still clear to me as I'm 5 weeks postpartum) so emptied my bowels and was having bad cramps the whole time. Don't think this product is for me, it done its job I suppose but with very painful side effects.

If you've been stopped up for a while, look no further! This will clean you out no problem, BUT I do not reccomend taking this right before bed if you can help it. If you have a free day to do nothing, it would probably be better to take it when you first wake up. For me, it took effect after 6 hours and had me rafting the brown rapids after not being able to really go after a week. Also, if you have never used laxatives before JUST START OFF WITH ONE! The pills are tiny but are no joke. They take a while to kick in so just be patient, keep drinking water, and keep a heating pad nearby to help soothe your tummy afterward!

U must be careful,I took 2 of these tabs and I was awoken at 3am in desperate need for loo. I then spent an agonising 45 mins in bathroom,sweating and almost fainting. Clearly my tummy was much too sensitive for 2 tabs! I definitely became empty! But it was a horrid time. I would recommend though I believe only 1 tablet is necessary especially if it's first time and u are of slight weight. I felt fine in morning, flat comfortable tummy. But please be aware of how strong these tabs are.

So I had a hard lump of stool that I literally couldn't push out without tearing myself stuck for 5 days. I tried the normal methods - fibre, water, exercise etc, and was considering going to urgent care to get it manually removed and then saw these and figured it was a last chance before it got to hospital worthy status. Took it at 6pm, figured I had a good 12 hours for it to work, as I'm normally up till 5/6am anyway, and at midnight I got horrendous stomach cramps that forced me to push the stool out! It did give me the runs too, but it was worth the pain of getting the lump out so I could go normally again.

There are often times where I’m having difficulty using the restroom and have had to use these but thankfully it works and it works quickly. They’re affordable, have a good amount of tablets for the price and come in discreet packaging.
