The pill itself is tiny and super easy to swallow even if you have problems with pills. No weird taste at all. Instructions call for 1-3 tablets in a single daily dose however 1 pill was all it took. There was some stomach discomfort involved so I definitely would not take more than 1 at a time.

Personally it doesn't help me much but I also have medical problems but for most people it would work. The side effects depends on the person it can be very painful.
