[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These tablets worked great in providing constipation relief. They were easy to ingest and didn’t make my stomach feel too weird or give me the urgency to need to go to the bathroom right away. They were gentle on my stomach.

Long story short: took the recommended dosage, began with cramps 2 hours later that escalated to borderline labor pains. Pooping and vomiting simultaneously, crying dude to severe cramps, dizziness, weakness. Got no sleep due to being woken up by the pain. Would I recommend as a method of torture? Absolutely. For “gentle” relief of constipatation? No.
