Like most people who love to travel and see new things we try lots of new foods but in doing that you can find yourself with digestive problems. So I had a hard lump of stool that I literally couldn't push out without tearing myself stuck for 5 days. I tried the normal methods - fibre, water, exercise etc, and was considering going to urgent care to get it manually removed and then saw these and figured it was a last chance before it got to hospital worthy status. Took it at 6pm, figured I had a good 12 hours for it to work, as I'm normally up till 5/6am anyway, and at midnight I got horrendous stomach cramps that forced me to push the stool out!
