All I can recommend is that you drink plenty of water? When taking this supplement to help you with constipation, it'll make you poop like a goose.

This definitely works but maybe too well. After 3 days of not being able to go, I took two tablets and about 1 hour later I had painful stomach cramps. The cramps have lasted over an hour and I have had to go 3 times, the last one was diarrhea. Completely cleared me out but was so uncomfortable that I don't think I'll use it again, or if I do, I'd start with only 1 tablet.
