[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just what I needed for when I’m having a severe back up. I took this tablet at night and the next day after midday it start working. I got no side effects am really amazed with its ingredients and how affordable it is the amount that comes in. It is just right. These are definitely good to have on hand at home.

After lack of a bowl movement for 2 days, I began to experience severe bloating and discomfort after eating meals. After trying a suppository and benefiber (1 tablespoon) not relief, I was having extreme cramping and the gurgling noises. After searching my medicine cabinet, i found my dulcolax, being alittle weary after not taking this product much in the past, i took two pills. Throughout the cramps and discomfort, about 2-4 hours in, i had a bowl movement which was sorta normal, about an hr later ive had 2 more, more runny bowl movements, feeling completely emptied. Its 3:30am and another bowl movement is happening. I think i should of maybe taken 1 pill instead of 2 as less is more. Very happy with the results tho. Will continue to use as needed in the future as other laxs dont work as well!

Finally worked in the am but it gave a stomach ache throughout the day. Pils are small and go down easy. Not a fan of how it works though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can see why this product is doctor recommended.It's gentle on your stomach but still effective enough to relieve your constipation.If taken early in the evening it will work overnight to bring relief the next morning so that you can have a great day.

I have been constipated for a long time and trying different things but nothing would help not even a little. I thought these wouldn't work but omg they worked quick! I recommend you take them when your not going to be out and about and drink lots of water.

These are easy to swallow, easy to store and access. The pills on an aluminum paper and plastic cards. You punch out individual pills. This product gets the job done! I found it to be very effective, and I didn't experience any adverse side effects. The packaging is simple and informative, which is nice and the ingredients are great. I would definitely be buying these product in the future.

I’ve been trying carnivore diet, which has messed with my digestion on week 1, and I wanted a little bit of help to get things moving. Took 1 pill in the late afternoon, and the following morning, as expected, it took affect. there was no cramping or discomfort, no sudden urge or surprise that would make you nervous. This is great value too because one pill was plenty. Definitely like keeping this on hand.

No sure what several of the ingredients were, but it worked. Easy to take small pill packaged in individual foil pods. It is a good product for the money.
