I’m not sure if it’s suppose to help with gas relieve but she was finally able to pass a bowel movement . Helped with the constipation discomfort. All in all pretty good product. I’m more a fan of instant relief laxatives but that’s just my preference. You only get 10 pills in a pack but as long as your not constipated all the time that should last awhile.

Went on a trip and suffered major constipation but kept eating (because the food is great) so as you can imagine I got pretty blocked up. On the 4th day of no BM I took 2 Dulcolax tablets at about 10:30AM and passed diarrhoea at about 4pm that afternoon. Had some cramping and nausea for the entire day but that was probably because I wasn’t hydrated enough. Works as advertised and definitely helped relieve most of my constipation. Will probably take half the dose next time, so the side effects are not so severe.
