One dosis (two pills at once in 24 hours) definitely helped him go BUT it didn’t soften the stools. It helped him to find relief but not without pain. That’s why we give it three stars. It makes you go and empty your bowels but it doesn’t soften them.

I did not have any adverse side effects. My husband also tried it but his experience wasn't quite the same. His was much quicker and lasted much longer.

These are also super effective without some of the side effects at I’ve experienced with other softeners (like painful cramping). Overall these are a good option for when they’re most needed. Definitely recommend.

I took 1 and felt fine had a bowel movement but nothing major . So next morning i took 2 ..... kinda regrest this . Couple hours later felt sick , the urge to go often hut not much happens . Feeling very sick is not fun , but it does work. Evertine is different i suppose

I’ve used this tablet a total of three times in a handful of years. After suffering on holiday with constipation I was desperate so popped out to buy these. I was mortified when I got back and read some online reviews. Talking of horrendous tummy pain and sleepless nights... but it was too late I’d already taken the two recommended. Literally within an hour-2 hours I felt the urge to go, and I have zero pains or problems! Cleared up there and then. same for the second time. And now I’ve just had my third use, took them at 8.30pm now 10.36pm and all BM moved with no pain or straining. I love these pills.

If you've been stopped up for a while, look no further! This will clean you out no problem, BUT I do not reccomend taking this right before bed if you can help it. If you have a free day to do nothing, it would probably be better to take it when you first wake up. For me, it took effect after 6 hours and had me rafting the brown rapids after not being able to really go after a week. Also, if you have never used laxatives before JUST START OFF WITH ONE! The pills are tiny but are no joke. They take a while to kick in so just be patient, keep drinking water, and keep a heating pad nearby to help soothe your tummy afterward!
