Like others, I suggest taking one to see how you're body réaction. I took two, and it left me with an upset stomach. Boy, did things get cleared out the next day though!!

The pill is super tiny and easy to take. I will definitely use this product again. Thanks to Influenster for the free sample.

But I’m happy to report that my experience did not include any of the negative side effects! It didn’t work quite as well for me as I had hoped, but it was gentle and it was, easy to take.

I do not, however, like the added ingredients. This contains parabens, as well as artificial colors. And talk. For this reason, I cannot recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have constipation you can try this supplement. I tried it for more than a week, and having a normal bowl movement every day. Normally it’s better to take it at night and you can het relieved in the morning. I highly recommend it!

Make sure you have lots of time you can spare for getting to know your toilet a little better. Bring a blanket, possibly a tv or tablet. Only take one tablet, not 2 or 3. You will feel like crap, literally.

oh my gosh....this is my biggest regret in a while. I’d rather deal with the mild constipation I was experiencing than take this ever again. I took 2 pills around 1 with a lot of water. I went to sleep and about 4 hours later I woke up with the worst stomach pains of my life. I hadn’t made the connection to the dulcolax for a few moments, so at first I thought something was terribly wrong with my insides. Then moments passed again and I broke out into a cold sweat. I was shaking violently and in a pool of my own sweat but also shivering and asking my boyfriend to turn the AC on/off every 10 minutes. Just when I thought I experienced all it had to offer, I ended up sprinting into the bathroom to vomit. My first BM didn’t occur for another like 6 hours, and when it did...well, I think I’ll save your eyes from reading the rest. Don’t buy this unless you love the feeling of being in labor and having extreme food poisoning at the same time.
