I always like to have some type of laxative or stool softener around the house for times when I need some relief. These are reasonably priced and effective. I would recommend for the effectiveness without the harsh abdominal cramping.

Naturally I was concerned and wanted to help things get moving. This did the trick! Very gentle and no discomfort.

Depending on how long you haven’t been able to use the restroom it may or may not take longer then the box indicates and sometimes you need more then one in a week but it’s super effective and it’s very handy to have at home.

It definitely helped with the problem at hand and I didn’t spend a lot of money on it. I need to be more mindful of what is in the things I take but not set me into panic mode. The only thing I don’t like is the craping I’m not sure if it was me or them.

U must be careful,I took 2 of these tabs and I was awoken at 3am in desperate need for loo. I then spent an agonising 45 mins in bathroom,sweating and almost fainting. Clearly my tummy was much too sensitive for 2 tabs! I definitely became empty! But it was a horrid time. I would recommend though I believe only 1 tablet is necessary especially if it's first time and u are of slight weight. I felt fine in morning, flat comfortable tummy. But please be aware of how strong these tabs are.

The pills are so tiny, so they are super easy to swallow. The tablets are easy to get out of the package, which is nice. I did not experience any side effects. I only had gentle relief.
