I wasn't able to go to the bathroom for couple of days. My stomache hurts, but nothing comes out. Then I go to the store and buy this pro such and take two pills. Within a hour, I am able to go to the bathroom and feeling better.

they work well and do not cause stomach cramps or discomfort from my experience. it is a natural process. however , i did not feel fully relieved and they take a while to work.

This product works, but it does come with some cramping when passing stool. Also takes hours before it starts to work. But all in all it gets those toxins out of the body.
