This product gives me the worst stomach/gas cramps. If I take it for overnight relief, it gives me the worst pain & I wake up with explosive diarrhea. I hate it!

At age 54, for the first time in my life I suffered constipation due to certain prescription medication. Within 6 hours, I was back to normal. As warned on the package, slight stomach cramps occurred prior to relief.

Took the product around 10pm and was up at 3am with terrible cramps, chills and sweat. Felt like I would need to go to the hospital, also like I was Going to throw up. Would not recommend this product. Do not use.
