If it works I'll change my review but the first 9 hrs after taking a tablet and nothing, gasy sure, but no movement. I'm gonna eat normally today and take 2 tablets tonight, may 23rd. I'm just hoping my intestines don't rupture.

Extremly happy with this product, since original purchase I have not bought any other product for this issue....I probably have tried them all.......Excellent.

Cramps were some of the worst I’ve ever experienced, and that was taking just 1 pill. BM relief was minimal and I still feel bloated and crampy. This is poison.
