Can't deny it works however there are a few things to keep in mind. It's not as straightforward as waking up and having a bowel movement. You wake up to cramping and the bowel movement doesn't come straight away and when it does there is some severe pain and sweating along with fever like symptoms. If this doesn't happen in the morning then don't get caught off guard because once you've eaten your breakfast things WILL get moving so stay close to a bathroom. In all honesty i try to only use Dulcolax on a weekend when required. No other product works however Dulcolax works but with the uncomfortable side effects.

It was very to the point it did need to do regarding some constipation that I was having. I stuck to a single and I drink with a glass of water and it was a simply easy use. I will give this 0 stars because it caused me horrible stabbing pain, dizziness, aching discomfort. I almost called 911. This went on from 12 noon until midnight. Today I feel exhausted. I took 2 pills. But I doubt one would have been much better. I threw the rest in the garbage.

Typical story, didn’t eat well over the weekend, now it’s Wednesday and I haven’t had a “real” movement since Saturday.
