Well, it's brown sugar...I'm on my second bag of the stuff as I bake a lot. I have had no issues with this product, and so far it hasn't formed hard lumps. I like the zip front bag, though I always put this all most baking products in an additional zip lock bag, for there is little worse than a spill over on a crowded pantry shelf. So for me, it's belt AND suspenders when it comes to storing things like sugars flours, and meals.

Had a difficult time finding brown sugar on the shelves at the stores this Christmas. Found this at Sam's - 7 lb. bag? I thought it would take me years to use, but I needed it for my recipes. To my surprise, I used a third of the bag. The price for the 7 lb. bag was a bargain. This bag of brown sugar was as good as the top rated brands.

Brown sugar is actually great. Its the fact that I could not order it and have it delivered UNLESS i ordered a minimum of 2. Who needs thst much briwn sugar. I pay $50for more perks & free shipping but no special treatments such as allowed to order 1 instead of 2. So be aware of this .

Brown sugar is brown sugar. That relatively difficult to screw up. I will say, the resealable packaging was inviting, but comes up a bit short in actual execution. It's nearly impossible to get some out without gumming up the resealable part, let alone impossible to pour any out with getting chocked up by the reseal flap.

I have used this product in the past. I have always been been a brand named product buyer. However, what I am realizing is that the Member Mark product brand can hold it's own with the best of them.The taste of this Brown Sugar is remarkable. I will continue to buy Member Mark Brown Sugar. Delivery was quick as well. This was my first time having something delivered from Sam's Club, Excellent job!!!

This bag is humongous and the price is right. I have buying it at Sam's since they first brought them in store. Although back then it was way cheaper, nevertheless, with a bag of sugar like this I have a good 2 months. Diabetes run in the family, so we all use it at our home instead of the ones that leave the bitter taste in your mouth. It's great quality but we use a tiny quantity.

What’s not to like about MM brown sugar? It is every bit as good as the national brand and such a great value! Anyone who does a considerable amount of baking will definitely make this product a pantry staple. Soft, rich molasses flavor, and again, outstanding value per pound! I am never without my MM brown sugar!

Member's Mark brown sugar has always had a larger size granule than C%26H brand, but this most recent bag of Member's Mark brown sugar had the very largest brown sugar granules I have ever seen. The larger sized granules make a difference in baking results because the granules do not melt into the batter evenly. Baking is very much a chemistry problem, and this brown sugar throws everything off. I do not recommend purchasing this brand. Unfortunately, it is a very large bag. I wouldn't recommend it for candy making either.
