I have been a Roku customer for the last 6 years. I finally upgraded as my Roku 2 started having some difficulties to the Roku Streaming Stick+. So far i am really enjoying my new Roku, with the exception of one thing. Unfortunately when I set up my new Roku none of my watchlist converted to "MyStuff". My list, whatever names it's been called over the years is the only complaint I have had about Roku in my 6 years as a customer. Every time software makes a drastic change, or in this case, I change hardware, my list has NEVER transitioned easily and this time, it didn't transfer at all. I contacted Roku about it, but was basically told that once or IF the prompt doesn't come up the first time that it will never come up again and there is no way to transition after this point, it must all be done manually by adding everything individually. I don't know why this never happened for me, perhaps the app updating on my phone had something to do with it though I really don't know, but now I have to add everything manually, which is ridiculous. Don't get me wrong I LOVE my Roku and would not trade it for anything, just disappointed that this is still a problem after all this time and that now it is now going to take a lot of time to fix.

We live in a rural area with lower than ideal connection speeds. I had been relying upon an LG Blu-Ray player for streaming options from our main television, but it no longer was able to connect. I bought a new router, then purchased a new LG device, but the system still wasn't streaming. My son, a mechanical engineering major at OSU, suggested a device with a much stronger receiver and antenna, and he suggested this Roku. I ended-up returning the new LG and buying the Roku instead. It works perfectly. No connection problems whatsoever anymore. I really appreciate your device!

My son told us about it, we bought one right away.I loved it but my husband didn't take interest. Now he is totally hooked and we are getting ready to get another. You can watch what you want to watch when you want to, however, in that case you will have to pay. But YouTube is always there, that's one of my favorites.

I got two trying to cut the cord....was using first one on YouTube TV and worked great but went to Direct TV Now and got the second one for my Samsung TV that didn't have the app...I found that on you tube TV no real buffering issue but direct TV now it does....I got an ultra box and for some reason the Stick plus on second TV didn't buffer as much after....the ultra box hardly any if none for buffering......I had ordered the free power adapter from Roku so perhaps since it is powered up all the time it was buffering but it did it before too...but now with one Ultra box and the stick + it isnt as much....

I bought the base model a couple of years ago. Since I cut the cable, putting the old one in the bedroom and bought the streaming Plus for the living room. Since I now have the option for 4K, I really like the performance in the features. Roku makes a great product.

all my up stairs tv's had cable box's bought three sticks to replace them. New xfinity beta works great only Roku has it. Cut my bill 18 bucks a month. Also as an added bonus Netflix works so much better. They have other apps that work great too. All in all great product and I plan on buying one more.. I do have the ultimate down stairs liked it for its Ethernet port.

I like the fact u dont need to sign with charter ir direct tv. U get ti choose what channel packages u can chanve options monthly u can add on certain series packages u want..... The thing i dont like is it. Can be confusing to use some what and u have to open an account online which each tv seletion u have or want.

This product makes viewing shows from different venues extremely easy. I have a Toshiba television with to HDMI inputs. You can use a laptop of smart phone to set it up. Directions are simple concerning connecting it to the t.v.. I am saving money by not paying for cable.

Bought this about a month ago and with the exception of a few hiccups when streaming live TV it has worked better than expected. Navigation can be a little difficult. This was my first experience streaming so I can't offer a comparison to other similar devices.

I have both FireTV and a Fire Stick but now have three Roku Sticks. When cable got so expensive and a box is needed for each TV, we started with FireTV. Now I LOVE my Roku Sticks. The new HD stick is much faster and receives a very weak signal down in the basement of our multi-level home. I would recommend Roku anytime!!
