We had an older roku and bought a new streaming stick plus. What a huge difference in the quality of the picture and sound. We thought we needed to buy a new TV but with this new stick, we now have exceptional clear and bright reception. Couldn't be happier with this new roku plus.

the roku is fast connected to the samsung 4k, the remote of the roku controls the volume of the television, but the remote control of the samgsun can not control the roku, and the list is not found, it could be a problem of the samsung tv update. great content, sharp image. it turns on and off with the tv.

I purchased this to replace a Roku 4 device specifically to be able to use AppleTV App on the Roku as opposed to using an outdated AppleTV. However, I have been very impressed with the quality of ALL Roku Channels that I have added to this device. I would recommend this to anyone who is considering streaming as their main source of video/TV entertainment.

I have loved all my roku. And this one is just for getting a new 4K tv and it enhanced my pic and viewing channels as my TV came with WebOS and well it sucks it loved up and only had like 10 channels and if u wanted more u had to pay for them. I have always had Roku so I was so excited to have this one for my new TV and even the picture was clear than what the WebOS was!!! Love love my roku.

I'm enjoying it and have already recommended it to a few people. I jest wished you had provided more information in the product when setting it up I had to call a number that made me pay extra money for support services to set it up there was nothing in your information that said anything about having to do this and if that was a con you should give a number in the package for people that are having problems setting it up

Roku devices are a great alternative to expensive cable or satellite packages. I installed 2 of these last night. Clear directions on installation, mostly automated. Great to have TV power & volume controls on the remote. Starts up fast and is very quick to open apps and load content. These replaced 2 older Roku sticks (3500 & 3600) which worked well but were getting very slow to open and load content. This 3810 model is blazing fast in comparison. The stick is a nice clutter-free alternative to a box. Overall I am very pleased with Roku hardware, software, and web site.

Not all that much improvement over my old Roku. The voice search caused a couple of reboots, but at least it recovered on its own. Having to log into again to my old roku account just to get it working was annoying. Getting a new password dealing with the interface.... the whole process just annoying and unnecessary. Even after all that, it took multiple attempts to link the new device. Whole experience - eh.

This Streaming Stick + was a replacement for a Roku 3 which was 6 years old. Great improvements since that time. Easy to install, no HDMI cable, automatically searches for best picture type on the TV, remote controls TV on/off and volume. Better in every possible way and would highly recommend to anyone.

Recently my streaming stick died. I'd used it for about 4 years so I'm not complaining. I got plenty of use out of it. I bought this model to replace it and I'm so glad I did! I love the streaming stick because it's small, plugs right into the back of the tv, and is so easy to take anywhere. This one is even better because I love the picture quality and the tv volume control on the Roku remote. I will probably always have a Roku streaming stick. Love it!!!

I was skeptical about the roku stick before I got it,but I'm very happy I did. It has loads of free channels as well as paid channels. There is always something cool to watch. The picture is awesome and the remote is simple and convenient. We love it.
