I have had the streaming stick as well as the premier system. Installation was very easy to do. The picture quality is excellent. This is my second tiki prdicy. The first was about 5 years old. Time to up grade. The only knock on the tiki products is that there is not an instruction manual either in the box or on line. Figuring out how to use the menus and programming was problematic. I have had the system for 2 weeks and still do not know how to use all of the features.

I do love the fact the this remote now has volume control. I almost gave four stars because there is no mute button. I think that would be a great addition to any remote. Other than that I love the ease of use, the picture quality, the content. Love Roku!

I am super happy with my roku stick ,I was planning to buy a smart tv when I came across with an add of the roku stick, I decided to give it a chance to see if it worked for us an surprisingly it did ! I can watch my tv the apps that I was watching on my phone like Youtube, Dramafever and Vicky we are very happy with the roku stick not only save us money from buying an expensive smart tv but also gave us the ability to watch our favor apps on our tv.

This is my 5th Roku additionally I also have a Roku TV. Very pleased with the Streaming Stick +. My only complaint is that the remote has one sticky directional key, it's simply a flaw, and of course I can pair one of the remotes that does not have a sticky key.

I had a older Roku Ultra for years but it did not have volume control for my TV nor could I turn my TV on/off. Plus the new remote is a lot lighter and fits my hand better It paired to my TV automatically and seems to work faster than my Ultra did. I currently do not have a 4K TV but will be upgrading when the new ATSC 3.0 starts in my area so the 4K will be used in my upgrade.

I bought this product because my television was not supporting YouTube any more. I was so happy to find more then just YouTube for free. I was amazed by how many apps are out there free. I also liked the fact that there is free cartons to watch for my kid. For example, PBS, Cartoon Network and many others.I do recommend for the development of easy cancellation on free trails. I still have this problem. I followed instructions to my understanding and I don't see the subscription cancellation. The product is great so far on the apps I have tried. I do say to those people speed depends on Wi-Fi/ hotspot strength.

cons no port for a head set........viewing content and selection of tv and movies is too complicated. It will be a while before I'm used to formats. Pro...the review of selections in motion is great!!!!!!I originally got hooked with a bogus ROKU site and they wanted to charge 99.00 to connect. Beware..always go to ROku official site

Roku is extremely easy to setup and use. We are enjoying all of the content available. The only issue I'm having is the volume control through my Denon AVR. I have to turn up the volume quite a bit to hear a show and then turn the volume down to normal levels when the advertisements are playing. It could be something I'm doing wrong on my end. We've only had the device for a few days.

I own a Roku 3 player and a TCL Roku TV and love the Roku interface. I wanted to watch TV without a cable box on another TV in my house and with the Roku Stick and the Spectrum TV app, you can watch live TV - all the channels in my existing cable package, without paying for a digital converter or cable box. You even get the guide for free on the app. Of course, you can stream any number of channels too. I find the YouTube streaming far superior to my Chromecast. The setup is easier than ever -- just follow the simple directions. I also like the new remote that instantly recognized the brand of my TV and configured itself to be able to turn the power on/off land the volume. I like the fact that Roku's servers make streaming nearly flawless and I also like the fact that the Roku system is "agnostic." It's not having a fight with Apple or Google or Amazon and it will stream any service you can think of. The Roku channel it the only place I could find some old TV shows like Bewitched to stream for free! Yah!

Not impressed with customer service. The person was nice enough, but it was a 25 minute wait in the queue just to get to her. Also, I find the interface to be cumbersome. Although it seems to be similar to others, I don't care for a lot of them either. It's WAY too difficult to see what's on. You have to dig and dig. Still getting used to it though.
