In terms of what you get for what you spend, the Roku stick is a little miracle. For a couple of bucks, the Roku gives me a lot more pleasure than equipment for which I've plunked down a lot more. This is my second Roku streaming stick. The first one was still working fine, but I replaced it with the newer version because it will enable me to stream sound in the ATMOS mode, if and when somebody starts sending it -- but that's a different story. And, as a bonus, I get to use the voice-activation feature. I have one suggestion for the Roku home office: Make it easier to get thru to technical support when you need somebody to hold your hand while setting it up for the first time. Other than that, keep up the good work.

This Roku Stick+ was bought to replace an older 2 XD. The stick is so much more responsive. It's doing what we want before we're finished pressing the buttons! And every channel upgraded in look and feel from the older version. Very happy with our purchase!

I asked my boyfriend to buy me a Roku for Christmas. He bought me the streaming stick. I love, love, love it. I don't have cable in my bedroom, just in the living room, but with the stick i was able to download the Spectrum app (my cable provider), and log into the app, and watch the same live tv as i can in the living room. So, just for that service alone, the Roku pays for itself, being as i don't have to pay the cable company to add cable to my bedroom. There are a ton of other apps as well. I love my streaming stick!

The television that the Roku was plugged into had back facing HDMI ports. As the TV was to be wall mounted the Roku device could not be mounted. An adapter was needed to allow it to be installed. It would be better if an adapter was included in the original package

I borrowed a roku from friend, older version, my T.V, getting so expensive, the Roku saved my sanity. When the new ones came out for Christmas I was there for Black Friday Sale! Very glad I did! this new remote awesome! easier to handle, plus voice command! Yes would recommend to a friend!

I have only had the streaming stick + for a few days but the improvement of reception over the old mod 2 was immediately noticeable. Very few stalls and they only last a second or two. Your service help is still terrible!!! Sometimes we need to speak to a person and you aren't available.

I'm no tech geek, have have Roku for 4 yrs. Saw the add for a Roku remote with power and volume and voice and had to have it. The bonus is the newer/advanced stick used on my 52" Smart Vizio seems to run better, much less buffering and picture even seems better. Maybe my imagination? Doesn't matter, I'm Happy!

When I saw this advertised I was excited to get it. I had hoped I could get rid of my inflated cable bill. After installing it I found out that I can't get some of the channels that I was interested in unless I pay a monthly fee. My grand kids are enjoying the kids channels so I will keep it just for that.

I got my Roku a week ago and absolutely love it, but the only thing that really gets on my nerves is that anytime it freezes (I guess being on too long) or the Internet goes down I have to go and do a factory reset every single time because if not nothing works and I can't get it to connect again!

This Roku is good for me because I do not have to look for the TV remote, but the product claims that there is less buffing...not true. I still have buffing with this Roku as I did with my Roku Express. I hope with the new upgrades it will change over time. But would not change using this product at all.
