I have 3 Roku's. A Roku 3, Express and now a streaming stick 3810+. I love them all and the streaming stick really does what it suppose to do. Super picture quality,easy setup, being able to take it to hotels,cabins,etc. because it so small it fits in your pocket!! I'm waiting to try that feature out. Roku's are #1 in the streaming world. Buy one you will not be disappointed!!!!

I have a few different Rokus including TVs. I like this one the best. The remote works great unlike the express which you have to point directly at it. It also controls my TV which is a off brand that I have trouble getting remotes to connect to. Overall does the job!

Better than the original model. Like the volume control. Bought this because of the voice control commands. I use Spectrum TV app and the voice control doesn't work with it to go to a specific channel # or channel name. It is very frustrating manually going all the way to channel 780.

I recently bought a couple of Roku devices to replace my cable boxes and save money. The service works great and it's very easy to use. You can find so many channel apps on here to watch content when you want. Also, the price was very reasonable. Would recommend!

This device is so good at picking up a weak signal. I have had problems with other devices, but this one if flawless so far. Also with a previous Roku device, I experience difficulty and contact Roku. They not only resolved the problem in a very timely fashion, but called a few days later to ensure that the problem was fully resolved and to see if I needed further assistance. This service is "awesome" especially when compared to other tech companies.

I have only had it in operation for about three days now but I find it hands over feet ahead of the old unit. The picture is much better and the volume is ten times better than the control on my TV and I have a state of the art TV. I wouldn't trade this one for anything.

less than one week in with streaming stick plus I can say some good and some not so good. to the point.... I love the fact when I go to an app it loads it flawlwssly... this is a major plus over the amazon firestick and fire tv. Also when watching there is no frozen pic (yet) and seems to work perfectly. Now the 2 things I wish they would change and both are with the remote control. First issue is the feel of the buttons, especially the up, down, left and right and OK.... They should be raised so you can feel them better in the dark. Not a deal breaker but annoying.....second issue is the 'previous channel" button. I understand each app has it's own programs so this is not a roku only issue. on the sling app the previous channel works fine....on the spectrum choice app it does not work at all. This is a pain in the neck because you can't go back to previous channel and instead have to go to the guide to change channel....TOTAL PAIN!!! This is something spectrum needs to fix but roku should be able to do something here....

Just hooked up and activated my new Roku® Streaming Stick®+ (model 3810). As a veteran Roku user, I can say that this new stick delivers great performance characteristics on a number of level: easy of installation and use, a noticeably faster response time, and a very handy voice activated remote that also (finally!) allows you to control volume and shut off the TV set itself. There are two things about Roku products that I can recommend: a very long usable life-span, and improved new versions when you're ready to upgrade that actually deliver better performance.

Great product with fast performance and an intuitive interface. It's also great to be able to control the power and volume of the tv from the Roku remote. I appreciate the ability to organize apps in the order of my preference, not in a prederminted order prioritized by the streaming device provider. I also appreciate not being pushed ads for original content produced by the streaming device provider.

I haven't bought a roku for a very long time, the one we have has been a champ and working for years! I decided to add one to another tv, this was so much easier to set up then the previous one. Just plug in and off it goes and the picture is great. I love the streaming stick has can pick up the router from a far distance.
